Engineered with a lasting powder coated metal finish, rust proof stainless steel hardware, and ABS resin blades, this roof fan will endure moist or wet places both indoors and outdoors for many years to come. The weathered iron finished base, light oak finished blades, and yellow alabaster glass bowl are a complement to many classic and modern decors. The fan holds a three speed reversible motor and maintenance free double sealed ball bearings. The light fixture uses one 60 watt base bulb. 25 year restricted warranty. UL listed for moist places.
